with the perfect mix of the finest ingredients – a recipe
that dates back over four generations. In fact, much of the
success of our restaurant is due to our signature maryland
crab cakes. It is the most popular selling item and we have
hundreds of customers who will travel miles, even come from
out of state, just to try one. Due to this high demand, we
have a full-time prep cook dedicated solely to preparing hundreds
of crab cakes on a daily basis.
From the time the crab meat is delivered to the moment the
crab cakes come hot and fresh out of the broiler, extreme
care and precision had gone into the process. Please beware
of other companies selling a lesser quality product. Others
will use back fin or pasteurized crab meat and a lot of filler.
We use very minimal filler; just enough to hold together the
crab cakes and give it that award winning taste.
